SCP series power supplies are designed for use in monitoring systems, access control, alarm systems, etc. In combination with an external battery, they provide uninterruptible power supply. During normal operation, the power supply charges the connected battery and, in the event of a mains voltage failure, uses the energy stored therein to power the receiver. In addition, it has a connector for connecting a thermistor to compensate for the voltage depending on the ambient temperature, and a hard-wired connector to signal a power failure.
